Team Member

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Team Member to join our cleaning and gardening team. In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of cleaning and outdoor maintenance tasks to keep our clients’ homes and businesses looking their best.

Responsibilities:

1.  1. Perform general cleaning duties (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, rubbish removal)
2.  2. Assist with gardening tasks (mowing, trimming, weeding, and plant care)
3.  3. Follow safety and company standards at all times
4.  4. Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule
5.  5. Maintain equipment and report any issues to supervisors

Requirements:

1.  1. Positive attitude and strong work ethic
2.  2. Valid ABN
3.  3. Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks
4.  4. Previous cleaning or gardening experience (preferred but not essential)
5.  5. Reliable transport and good communication skills
6.  6. Driving License (preferred but not essential)
